Elevate your projects with our Stainless Steel Laminate, offering the premium look of brushed metal without the weight and cost of actual steel. These durable 0.8mm sheets (3660 x 1220 mm) are resist moisture and heat, making them ideal for kitchens, bathrooms, and high-traffic areas.

Material: High Pressure Decorative Laminate
Finish: Brushed metallic appearance. The decorative surface is a high pressure laminate finished to resemble brushed metal; it is not a real metal foil.
Recommended Application: Designed primarily for kickers and toe boards. Also suitable for cabinet doors, drawer fronts, and feature wall panelling. For internal applications only. Must only be bonded directly to particleboard or medium density fibreboard. Not suitable for direct application to plaster, plasterboard, masonry, or concrete.
Installation: The metallic effect is directional. Note the arrows on the protective film and install all panels in the same orientation within a single project; mixed orientation will cause apparent colour and tone variation between adjacent panels. Apply using a smooth, even glue layer of standard HPL contact adhesive. A balancing backer of equivalent thickness must be applied to the reverse face of the substrate to prevent warping. Use laminate sheets within 12 months of purchase. Do not allow the protective film to remain on the surface for more than 9 months.
Performance: Conforms to BS EN 438-2 for high pressure decorative laminate. Density 1400 kg/m³. Stain resistant, water resistant, and UV stable for indoor use.
Wet Area Suitability: Water resistant for indoor use. Do not expose to frequent or excessive heat, hot gases, or moisture. Do not expose to hot objects contacting the decorative surface directly.

Care & Maintenance: For day-to-day cleaning, use a mild dishwashing detergent diluted in warm water and finish with a clean dry cloth. For streaky marks, use a glass cleaner such as Windex. Do not use solvents, strongly acidic or alkaline cleaners, alcohol-based compounds, commercial cleaning agents, waxes, polishes, undiluted bleach, or ammonia. The metallic finish shows fingerprints and surface marks more readily than standard laminate decors; we recommend testing a sample for fingerprint resistance and cleanability before specifying for high-touch areas. Avoid abrasive materials, scouring pads, and excessive force.
Important information:
Not a real metal surface: The brushed metallic appearance is a decorative laminate finish, not a real metal foil. Visual differences from genuine metal surfaces should be expected.
Application limitations: This product is a vertical-grade laminate designed for light vertical applications only. Not suitable for horizontal applications, high impact, or high abrasion installations.
UV exposure: Do not expose to prolonged direct or indirect UV light as this may result in shrinkage or colour changes beyond normal tolerances.
Colour accuracy: Website images should be used as a general reference only. Small variations in colour may be perceived between batches; for strict colour matching please contact us.
