Processing Lead Times

At Bord, we strive to provide accurate lead times so you receive the products you need when you need them. Please note lead times on product pages are estimates and exclude delivery. Allow for both when planning your order.

If you require products urgently or have a question about lead times, please contact us before placing your order.

In-Stock Items

Our in-stock items require a short lead time to retrieve and pack your order for dispatch.

If the lead time for in-stock items is anticipated to exceed the specified timeframe, our team will reach out to you to discuss your available options. These options may include extending the lead time or a full refund of your order, depending on your preference. 

Made-to-Order Items

Made-to-order items require a lead time to manufacture and pack your order ready for dispatch. 

If the lead time for made-to-order items is expected to exceed the specified timeframe, our team will reach out to you to discuss your available options. These options may include extending the lead time or a full refund of your order, depending on your preference.

Items on Backorder 

Items on backorder are expected to restock within the specified lead time.

If the expected lead time for backordered items is likely to exceed the specified lead time, our team will contact you to discuss your available options. These options may include extending the lead time, substitute product recommendations, or refunding your order in full, depending on your preference.

Cost Adjustments For Substitute Products

If your order cannot be fulfilled, our team may suggest a substitute product. If there is a cost difference between the original order and the substitute product, the following will occur:

If the substitute product order value is less than the original, Bord Products will refund the cost difference to your original payment method.

If the substitute product order value exceeds the original, you may be required to make an additional payment. Alternatively, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund to your original payment method.
 

Order Fulfilment

We fulfil all online orders once the complete order is packed and ready for dispatch. If you wish to receive a partial order, we recommend placing two separate online orders, one for in-stock products and one for backorder or made-to-order items. This will ensure that the delivery charges for your orders are accurate.

If you need to arrange partial delivery of a completed online order, please contact our team to discuss your options. In most cases, there will be a charge to cover the cost of the additional delivery.
