IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION: Whether you're preparing for an upcoming delivery or your order is already on its way, following these instructions is critical to prevent injury and product damage. Please read through all sections carefully and contact us immediately if you have any questions or concerns.

Residential and Light Commercial Delivery

We deliver to residential and light commercial addresses via kerbside drop-off. Please ensure the following requirements are met:

  • Your location must be accessible by a minimum 4-tonne delivery vehicle
  • Safe truck parking space required - please reserve spaces on busy roads
  • We cannot deliver to properties with steep hills, gravel/unsealed roads, narrow laneways, or restricted access
  • Ensure an accessible space is available near the kerb for your panel delivery

If you have any concerns, please contact us BEFORE your scheduled delivery. Return delivery charges will apply if we cannot safely deliver your order.

Forklift Unload Preferred

We recommend using a forklift for panel product deliveries. It's quicker, safer, and protects your panels during unloading. If a forklift is not available, please pay attention to the hand unloading guidelines.

No Forklift? Bring A Friend!

Our panels require at least 2 people for safe hand unloading. Panels are heavy, bulky items that can be dangerous to lift alone. Having at least 2 people available when your delivery arrives ensures everyone stays safe and your panels remain in good condition.

Panel Handling Safety

Individual panels can weigh over 65kg. Please use proper lifting techniques - bend at the knees and keep your back straight to prevent strain or injury during the unloading process.

Customers are responsible for safe handling throughout the entire delivery and unloading process. Make sure you have adequate help and follow proper safety practices to avoid injury or damage.

Prepare a 5m × 3m Unloading Space

Prepare a minimum receiving area of 5m × 3m (15m²) next to our delivery vehicle. This provides adequate room to safely manoeuvre panels. The space must be clean, flat, and dry to prevent damage.

Panels must be received kerbside - plan to move your panels to their final location after our driver departs.

Driver Limitations

Our drivers are focused on getting your panels to you safely but cannot help with unloading. This policy is in place for occupational health and safety reasons.

Our drivers expertise is in transport and logistics - your team will need to handle the unloading at the drop spot.

Packaging Removal

All packaging materials must be taken with your order. Please dispose of or recycle these materials responsibly.

We're committed to environmental sustainability and appreciate your cooperation in managing packaging waste properly.

Avoid Additional Charges

Being present for your scheduled delivery and ensuring safe unloading conditions prevents unnecessary rescheduling fees.

Efficient first-time delivery saves time and ensures you receive your materials on schedule and damage free.

Track Your Order

Where possible, we'll provide a tracking code once your delivery is scheduled. This allows you to plan effectively and be ready when your panels arrive. A quick check on the day of delivery confirms everything is on track. Please note, order tracking is not available with all carriers.
