Jumbo Exterior Hardwood Plywood BB/CC delivers A-Bond waterproof performance in oversized sheets up to 3050 x 1830mm, eliminating joins on large commercial projects.
Manufactured from tropical hardwood veneers bonded with phenolic adhesive for long-term weather exposure. The BB face provides a smooth, paint-ready surface, while the hardwood core offers superior density and strength compared to softwood alternatives.
Dense hardwood construction delivers excellent screw-holding capacity and impact resistance for fully or semi-exposed applications where engineered structural performance is not required, including hoardings, trailers, formwork, signage, and external cladding.
The 3050mm length provides 25% more coverage per sheet, reducing joint count, cutting labour time, and minimising waste on projects requiring lengths over 2.4 metres.

Standard: Suitable for AS/NZS 2271 exterior applications (non-structural)
Bond type: A-Bond (Type A phenolic), 72-hour boil tested
Face grade: BB/CC. Smooth, paint-ready face. Non-appearance back suitable for concealed installations.
Core construction: Cross-laminated hardwood veneers with alternating grain direction for dimensional stability

Grain: Typically straight with medium-to-coarse texture.
Colour: Varies by species and batch, ranging from light blonde to dark red.

Recommended applications: Hoardings and site fencing, trailer and vehicle floors, formwork (light to medium duty), external cladding, signage, soffits and alfresco ceilings, flooring substrates, outdoor furniture, industrial packaging.
Not suitable for: Structural applications requiring engineering certification, direct ground contact or constant water immersion.
Workability: Easy to cut, rout, and shape with standard woodworking tools. Excellent screw-holding capacity. Pilot holes recommended near edges to prevent splitting.
Handling: Jumbo sheets require two-person handling minimum. Use panel carriers or lifting clamps on site. Fasten promptly after positioning to maintain flatness.
Storage: Store flat on a level surface with support at both ends and middle. Use spacers between sheets for airflow. Protect from sun, rain, and rapid temperature changes. Allow sheets to acclimatise before installation.

Important information:
- Species and colour will vary. This product is manufactured from mixed tropical hardwoods. Colour ranges from light blonde to dark red and will vary between sheets and batches. Images and samples should be used as a general reference only.
- All surfaces must be sealed. While the A-Bond glueline is waterproof, the timber veneers require sealing and finishing for exterior durability. Unsealed panels will deteriorate when exposed to weather.
- As a natural wood product, plywood can be affected by ambient conditions and may bow. Sheets are flat at dispatch but must be fastened promptly to maintain flatness. This is particularly important for non-fastened cabinet doors.
