Concise Walnut EVOGRAIN features UV-stable warm grey tones with a subtle crown grain and natural figuring. Designed by natural veneer experts Bord Products, this precision-matched 3D surface is pressed onto a 1mm laminate backing and manufactured in Australia, delivering flawless colour consistency and the authentic depth and texture of timber.
Pre-finished and ready to use with no sanding or sealing required, Concise Walnut EVOGRAIN on Laminate is scratch, stain, chemical, and water resistant with UV stability tested to 2,000 hours. The surface includes invisible antimicrobial protection and is completely free from PVC, BPA, chlorine, phthalates, formaldehyde, and endocrine-disrupting chemicals. Ultra-low VOC, PEFC-certified, and fully recyclable.
Engineered for stability and ease of fabrication, EVOGRAIN on Laminate is ideal for laminating onto most common wooden substrates. It performs well across flat and gently curved surfaces (minimum 600mm bending radius recommended) and can also be used for edge finishing where required.
Suitable for vertical and low-wear horizontal applications in residential, commercial, hospitality, and hotel environments including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, receptions, furniture, joinery, cabinetry, and wall and ceiling panelling.

Thickness: 1.2mm (0.2mm surface pressed onto a 1mm laminate backing)
Tolerance: ±20mm on dimensions; 60mm/m on flatness
Curve radius: Laminate backed veneer is suitable for gentle curves only. A minimum bending radius of 600mm is recommended. Attempting tighter bends may cause cracking or surface damage and should only be undertaken with specialised equipment and thorough testing at the purchaser’s risk.
Finish: Pre-finished Japanese 3D Olefin surface with superior scratch, stain, and water resistance, invisible antimicrobial protection, and UV stability tested to 2,000 hours.
Recommended application: Suitable for laminating onto most common wooden substrates. Ideal for doors, wall panels, furniture components, and gently curved surfaces. Not suitable for post-forming or direct application to solid wood.
Finishing recommendations: Allow at least 4 to 5 days between gluing and finishing to ensure all solvent residues from the adhesive have fully evaporated. This helps prevent issues with coating adhesion and finish quality.
Gluing: Can be manually glued with contact adhesive or pressed using cold press methods or low-temperature hot presses (maximum 60°C recommended).
Maintenance: EVOPANEL requires only warm water and mild detergent for regular cleaning.
Edge Banding: Matching ABS edge banding is available from Bord in 23mm and 42mm widths with 1.0mm thickness.
Important information:
Timber veneer panels are inherently subject to bowing, cupping, or warping, and may change colour when exposed to UV light. Read our wood-based panel specifications to understand tolerances and protection methods.
