Melbourne Metro – Commercial and Trade
Next day delivery for stocked items.
Within 10-12 working days for manufactured items.
Delivery fee ranges from $30- $100 depending on forklift or hand unload and location.

Melbourne Regional – Commercial and Trade
Within 1-3 working days for stocked items.
Within 10-12 working days for manufactured items.
Delivery fee ranges from $30- $100 depending on forklift or hand unload and location.

Australian Capital Cities – Commercial and Trade
Within 3-4 working days for stocked items.
Within 15 working days for manufactured items.

Australian Regional – Commercial and Trade

Residential Customer Deliveries


Residential Customers
We can help to facilitate couriers to residential customers.
Delivery fee ranges from $100-$150 depending on location.
Pick-ups must be pre-arranged and pre-paid on all orders.
For safety reasons, please ensure 2 persons are present to assist with unloading.
Please contact us for delivery timeframes.
Note that 3600×1800 size boards cannot be delivered to residential customers due to OH&S unloading requirements.

Pickup
Pick up is available from our Somerton location.
We require a minimum of 1 hour’s notice to prepare your order.
Pickups can be made on working days between 8.30 am – 3.00 pm.
Note that 3600×1800 size boards must be loaded and unloaded via forklift for safety reasons.

Customers with Nominated Freight Handlers
Once your order is manufactured or in stock, we will deliver to your nominated drop-off point within 24 hours.
For rural residential deliveries – we will deliver to your Melbourne based nominated freight company for $35.00 +GST

COD Customers
A 50% deposit is required prior to manufacturing Made to Order products.
Full payment is required 1 day prior to confirmed delivery.
We accept EFT or Credit Card Payments (surcharge may apply).

Important note for all deliveries
For all Panel Product orders, a forklift will be required at the delivery location. Please notify us immediately if “Hand Unload” applies. For “Hand Unload” customers, please ensure 2 able-bodied persons are present to assist with unloading. If for any reason your order cannot be unloaded safely, additional costs for re-scheduling your delivery may apply.

Note that “Hand Unload” is not available for 3600×1800 size boards due to OH&S requirments.

Our showroom and veneer selection is open to customers by appointment only. Please note that face masks, registration, sanitization, and social distancing are a condition of entry for all visitors. All pick-up customers must pre-order and arrive with an appropriate vehicle that can be loaded contact-free by forklift.
